BUILDING 11 COMING UP!

Construction has begun on Building 11 as we are finishing Building 12.

BUILDING 12 IS HALF COMPLETE!

In an effort to deliver inventory to waiting buyers, we are now on the finish materials phase of construction for Building 12. Recently completed Building 5 is almost sold out and we are processing Building 11 through the county for commencement of construction.

BUILDING TWELVE UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Building 12 is coming out of the ground to fill some inventory however the building is already half presold. Building 5 is complete right next door and has a few units left. The two buildings will begin to fill in the project nicely and provide community around the finished pool area.

Our pool area is officially complete with all meters set. Grand Opening is scheduled for January 20, 2011!

POOL PROGRESSING WELL.

It’s been a busy couple of weeks. The infinity saline pool is ready for concrete. Not yet a viable alternative to the ocean though.

IT’S OFFICIAL! CONSTRUCTION CONTINUING.

Due to demand in sales, we have signed a new contract with Betsill Brothers Construction to begin construction of Building 5 and the pool area. Ground breaking should occur in June 2010.
