Since last we posted, Building 11 was just getting started. Time is rapidly approaching to close escrows and move in happy people.
Building 6 (shown above) started shortly after 11 and is almost finished on the outside. Buildings 5 & 12 have long sold out and all escrows have closed. To keep up with the sales pace, Building 10 is forming and coming out of the ground.

Construction has begun on Building 11 as we are finishing Building 12.
In an effort to deliver inventory to waiting buyers, we are now on the finish materials phase of construction for Building 12. Recently completed Building 5 is almost sold out and we are processing Building 11 through the county for commencement of construction.
Our pool area is officially complete with all meters set. Grand Opening is scheduled for January 20, 2011!

It’s been a busy couple of weeks. The infinity saline pool is ready for concrete. Not yet a viable alternative to the ocean though.
